Scheduling
We schedule a few family portrait sessions at most each week in order to focus more attention on our clients and their specific needs. It's your session, and we work to make the most of it!

Event Deposit
When applicable, your booking deposit is due at the time you sign your contract. Online payments are processed via Stripe (or in person via cash, check, or credit card via Square). Payment is due within 24 hours of receiving your contract to secure your session date. If payment is not received, your session date will not be held.

Session Ideas
For portrait sessions we have a variety of props available; however, to make each session customized to you, please feel free to bring items that are special to you. If you are worried about what to wear, our backdrops are neutral to coordinate with most any color out there. Simply wear the colors you look and feel the best in, and we will take it from there. Feel free to send us links to image ideas you like from Pinterest or other online sources.

Editing
For personal portrait sessions (family, individual, weddings, seniors, etc), each image is professionally edited. At no additional cost to you, we perform minor retouching of our images for facial softening of blemishes, lines, wrinkles and scars on each individual. This custom editing process can take 5-14 days. Further alterations AFTER you receive your gallery can be done at a cost of $50 per image. See our custom retouching page for more details. Our commercial rate for custom retouching work is $75.00 per hour.

Proofs
When your images are ready, you will be emailed an access code and link to view your images, as well as your Print Credit Code (if applicable to your package). Gallery links are available to share your images with your friends, family, and social network.

Ordering
Print orders are placed through your online proofing gallery. All orders are subject to Ohio state sales taxes, and shipping may be added to your order if desired. Full payment for your order is due at the time the order is placed. Orders not paid after 3 days will be deleted from our system.

Print Cash Credits
A Print Credit Code is a "same as cash" credit code to be used on your print or product order of $50 or more. Your Print Credit Code is emailed to you with your gallery access information, and will expire after 45 days. There are no time extensions on Print Credit Codes.

Prints and Products
Print sizes are listed a la carte, with no limit on poses or quantity. For your convenience, packages are also available with prints, products, and digital files included in each.

Copyright Statement
All images found on our website are the artistic property of Squaresuit LLC, aka Squaresuit Photography and Photo Restoration, and are protected by Federal and International Copyright Laws. It is a violation to copy, reproduce, or manipulate our images in any manner. We will protect our copyright, and violators will be invoiced for double the cost of each image taken. Violation of Copyright Law can also result in a fine upwards of $150,000, in addition to court and attorney fees.
